| Abstract: |
The purpose of the research is to develop a stormwater management BMP design document which will supplement the recently updated VDOT Manual of Practice for Stormwater Management. This project will result in the state-of-the-practice document, complete with design examples, site drawings, and hydraulic calculations. Additionally, a BMP selection matrix and an analytical hierarchical program (AHP) software based BMP selection/design tool will be developed. The AHP computing module will serve not only as a BMP selection tool, but also as a technical design aid for the chosen BMP measure. |
