| Abstract: |
The outcome of this study in the first year will be the development of a premium pavement design ready for direct implementation by VDOT in high traffic routes. It will also recommend possible premium pavement designs, which may directly be used by VDOT to build long lasting pavement structures with a life span of 40 years or more and a research plan to validate these designs. |
