From time to time VTRC employs undergraduate and graduate students as research assistants. Typically, these positions are part-time during the academic year and full-time (40 hours /week) during the summer. Other work schedules may be arranged depending on the position. Duties vary but may include data reduction/analysis, laboratory specimen preparation, literature searches, and/or survey data collection. Some positions may author or co-author technical papers. Some overnight travel may be required.
